Hardcover set of six volumes containing four volumes of The Universal English-Hebrew Dictionary and two volumes of The Universal Hebrew-English Dictionary by Haim Shachter (Y. Orenstein “Yavneh” Publishing House, 1987. Hard to find vintage complete set of these translation dictionaries. With original dust jackets, that are now protected in brand-new (removable) archival sleeves. Some rubbing/scuffing to jacket faces and shelf wear around the edges - inclining chipping, creases and small tears, a few of the larger of which have tape adhered to reverse side. Boards fairly straight and clean but with corners bumped and a few of the books having chipping/dents to bottom edge. Some boards faintly curved away from text block at fore edge. A few instances of mildly split binding though all pages remain attached, spines are fairly straight and bindings remain firm on the whole. Some faint soiling to outer edges of text block, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
