This is an OCP Scorpion camouflage cover for the US Army's issued ACH and MICH helmets.
It attaches with seven Velcro straps.
It has IR tabs on the left, right, and top of the head.
There are Velcro straps to conceal the IR tabs.

The stamp indicates it is a SPE1C1-2014 issue.

Made of non-ripstop fabric, with a glass slit.

Although it is an unused item with a paper tag, there may be scratches, stains, and wrinkles due to it being a military surplus item.
