It slides right over it, or it can be mounted easily elsewhere. The bag is currently $225 + s/h from Saddlemen. Lots of pockets and one of the pockets contains the included rain cover shown in one of the last pics. Measurements in next to last pic. Backpack straps included. I just noticed there is one issue, the 2 little name tabs attached to the 2 zippers used to open/close the top campartment are broken off. Doesn't affect zippers (see last pic).
