With the lid on, the ashtray stands approximately 4 1/4 inches tall, and 4 inches without the lid. It measures 3 1/4 inches wide by 2 inches deep. The top "box" portion is 1 1/2 inches deep, while the bottom section, excluding the base, is only over 1 1/2 inches.
